Tweet-Adder — For the unlimited use version, does that mean that it has re-sell rights or does it just mean you can use it for any number of twitter accounts of your own?

The price gives you unlimited Twitter Accounts, and unlimited support.
If you want to resell the product, you simply purchase the product and then sign-up as an affiliate.
